Differential rectification technique in a three-phase coil based angle sensor

Abstract A technique of differential rectification is proposed for three-phase coil based inductive angle sensors so that the amplitude difference between any two amplitudes coils output further signal processing. 3-to-6 multiplexer, a low pass filter, and 6-to-2 multiplexer are designed technique, which used rectification, turning rectified signals into DC levels, transmitting levels to rectifiers, respectively. This could suppress 3rd harmonic noise common-mode noise, in order improve accuracy calculation. The circuit rectifier given simulation results shown this manuscript verify feasible sensors.
